Using TrialVault Analytical Suite
Follow the same analytics workflow as TrialVault EDC, starting here with external raw datasets.
1. Choose your study
Select a study in the header. Only studies assigned to your account appear. Saved inputs, SAP reviews and outputs stay with their original study when you switch.
2. Prepare SDTM
Open SDTM, then Raw data. Upload vendor files and review the subject, site and visit columns. Save the input, then upload and review the study mapping specification. Select the saved input and reviewed rules, generate datasets, and inspect the saved results.
3. Prepare ADaM
Open ADaM and upload the SAP. Review the generated mock shells and output plan. After the review is complete, select the saved source input and reviewed mapping, then generate the required ADaM datasets.
4. Create TFLs
Open TFLs for tables, figures and listings. Use the reviewed output plan and ADaM inputs, generate results and open their previews. Choose a format from the download control; figure outputs also offer graph downloads.
Find programs and evidence
Use the complete saved package and traceability downloads in each workspace. These preserve the executed program, input references, recorded runtime and checks for that run. A runtime control package alone does not show that a study analysis passed.
Languages and access
The header offers the same six languages as EDC. Study data and uploaded scientific content retain their original values. Admin creates accounts and assigns studies under User & study access.
Raw-data formats
Upload CSV, TSV, tab-delimited TXT, XLSX, JSON, XPT, SAS7BDAT or a ZIP containing these formats. Column names and original files are preserved. Use UTF-8 text, coded subject IDs and explicit dates. Review any SAS date or datetime attributes in your mapping specification.
Excel formulas, duplicate columns, conflicting identities and unsafe archive paths are rejected with an explanation. Fix the source file or identity choices and try again.
